As you review your reports, you may come across information that conflicts with data you have available to you from other sources. You are welcome to question any valuation. Just tell us what your concern is. Your issues will be resolved and an updated BPO will be resubmitted to you along with a reconciliation addendum.
If we can’t resolve your issues then the BPO is free.
If you have already logged in and reviewed the report in question, please skip ahead to Recon Request.
If not, log in, choose Report Manager from the menu, find your report and review it. Then submit a Recon Request.
In your browser, enter the address for our site’s public home page.
On the home page, enter your Member ID and Password in the login area.
